Presenting an 'East meets West' concept store, owners Arnie Hoffmann and Milap Bedi are proud to bring to Ancaster Ont.. their unique fusion store with a wide variety of cheeses, spices, oils, specialty foods, gifts and assessories

Born and raised in Ancaster Ont., Arnie is a long time employee with Hamilton Health Sciences. He will complete 30 years of dedicated service this year - 2015. His life long dream has been to open a small business of his own.  Milap, who managed a jewelry store in St.Maarten for 16 years, came to Canada, where he  settled in the city of Ancaster.  After the two met they decided to start a business to fulfill both their dreams. Soon after the 
Taj Mahal Spices & Cheese  became a reality !!

The store offers a warm, friendly atmosphere that welcomes everyone as they walk through the door, reflecting both their cultures and tastes. Their main goal is personal attention, dedication and a friendly approach to all clients. They both believe in total customer satisfaction. Both Arnie and Milap are very detail oriented in product knowledge. modest and personable. Each customer is treated with total attention to all their individual shopping or cooking needs.
